Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive an order number. If an item is no longer available after you order, we will contact you before charging or shipping anything further.

Prices and shipping

Prices are shown per unit and per option. Shipping is quoted live by the carrier at checkout and is added to the order total before payment.

Product photos and colour

Every listing uses a photo of the real unit. Screens and lighting vary, so a colour can look slightly different in person; if you are matching a colour, ask us first using the contact form.

Custom and wholesale orders

Custom lengths, colours and wholesale quantities are quoted per order. Message us with what you need and we will confirm the price and lead time in writing before you pay.
